1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website and purchasing our products or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our platform. "Chingu Investment" refers to our business operations located in Kinyambwa-Dodoma, Tanzania.

2. Pricing and Currency

All prices listed on the Chingu Investment platform are strictly in Tanzanian Shillings (TZS) unless explicitly stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time without prior notice. The price displayed at the time of checkout is the final price for the products ordered.

3. Payments

We offer integrated digital payment solutions for your convenience:

  • Payments are processed securely via the Snippe payment gateway.
  • We accept major Tanzanian Mobile Money operators including Vodacom (M-Pesa), Airtel Money, and Mixx by yas.
  • Bank card payments are also accepted where applicable.
  • Goods will not be dispatched, and dry cleaning services will not be initiated, until full payment has been confirmed.

4. Dry Cleaning & Laundry Services

When booking our dry cleaning services, you agree that it is your responsibility to check all garments for valuables or hazardous items (e.g., pens, coins, jewelry) before submission. Chingu Investment holds no responsibility for items left in pockets. We reserve the right to refuse service for items deemed too heavily soiled or at high risk of damage.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, text, graphics, and product images, is the property of Chingu Investment and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our materials without explicit written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chingu Investment shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products, services, or website.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.
